Inspection.A professional inspection will let you know if there are any issues with the property.
Complete your mortgage loan.Work with your mortgage consultant to complete the formal loan paperwork. The loan will be processed and a date set for closing.
Close on your new home.Closing day includes signing final loan documents and transfer of title. And, you get the keys! Congratulations, you are now a home owner!
Move.Be sure to set up utilities at your new home and change your mailing address. Then pack and move!
